For 25 years, I have partnered with businesses to optimise their technology and steered the design and implementation of people, process, and system improvement initiatives to support strategic goals.
In the year 1998, I started Ultimate IT. As the Founder and Managing Director, I was accountable for business operations and oversaw the team delivering technology projects and managed services to clients.
In the year 2006, I was the part owner and Director of Technology for Ultimate Mining. We delivered technology solutions to the mining industry, including production management systems, equipment lifecycle tracking, mine operating systems and safety management systems. As the Director of Technology, I oversaw project teams and client engagement for technology initiatives, and supported
organisational management.

More recently, I have leveraged my business acumen in senior leadership roles leading critical enabling services, including Human Resources, Safety, Technology, and Compliance functions. In these roles, I have driven people, system, and compliance improvements for enhanced business performance.
Over the last ten years, my focus has shifted to cybercrime and law. I have built and applied specialist cyber security knowledge and established myself as a recognised Cyber Crime Expert. I graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Laws with a distinction average. My strength as an executive leader is consequently bolstered by my specialist legal and investigation expertise. I have comprehensive knowledge of compliance and investigation processes and am adept at interpreting and applying legislation. I understand the importance of practicing employment relations through the lens of operations.
